Maltrail got a fairly brutal rewrite this summer.
Reporting UI rewritten from scratch, server heavily reworked/hardened, and the packet sensor rewritten from Python to Rust.
Substantially lower packet-processing cost, much better testing/deployment, and lots of bugs fixed.
