You should own a fire extinguisher, learn CPR and carry a gun. All of those are assets that save lives.

Over and over we see this incidents unfold, where the crazy killer very deliberately picks a target where they no they'll face no resistance. Over and over we see them end themselves as soon as potential resistance arrives, or get taken out very quickly as soon as someone can
