About Freestanding Bags

A free standing punching bag needs no ceiling mount, no stand and no drilling: the base and the bag are one unit, with reinforced handles stitched to the base so you can move it. It suits home gyms, apartments, garages and any space where hanging a bag isn't an option.

Three heights

How they're built
