Plex 🤝 Fandango. It's official. 🎬 We've teamed up to make it easier to go from discovering a movie to seeing it on the big screen. Now, Plex users in the U.S. can head straight to Fandango to find showtimes and buy tickets for movies playing in theaters, across web, mobile, and CTV. With more than 100 million streaming decisions made on Plex each month and over 45 million users creating watchlists, there's a whole lot of movie discovery happening here. For studios and advertisers, that means more ways to reach movie lovers and more opportunities to turn interest into action. Each stop in our roadshow features fan-favorite episodes handpicked by a Friday Night Lights cast member, followed by a live panel and audience Q&A with Adrianne Palicki, Derek Phillips, Stacey Oristano, and more. The roadshow also marks the debut of our latest in-app social feature, discussions. As part of the experience, each Friday Night Lights cast member has started a discussion on Plex, sharing why they chose their favorite episode and the memories behind it. We’ve taken a look at the top services people choose, and the spread says a lot about how scattered streaming has become. Netflix takes the top spot (60%), followed by Prime Video (48%) and Disney+ (40%). But the real story isn't which service ranks first—it's how many people rely on multiple platforms.
