Letting Go. Literally. As a founder I used to spend much thought & energy holding tightly to control, fearing the fall. Becoming a better version of myself, for my team and for me personally has happened when I learn to release my grip. Take time to disconnect and appreciate life. The small things. You execute. Stepping into bigger shoes, with careful consideration, with your head straight and with much care. I must say, I was not always convinced and sometimes I blamed myself for putting you in shoes I thought you might not able to fill. (That is how I am for myself) I learnt that through being patient, and watching someone grow, as it took time for me when I started this journey back in 2012. (thx Carol Trehearn) As much as a "child" I was back then as much "adult" I am now but I am always learning. Latley. Letting Go. Watching people shine. Enjoying the ride. Can you get hired without having years of experience? Can someone give you a chance without having a perfect resume? Apparently, you can. You just have to meet Gustavo 🌁. Gustavo has a way of looking at potential rather than just experience. He sees dedication beyond what is written on a resume and gives people room to prove themselves. When I joined AWISEE more than 1.5 years ago as a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager, I didn’t have years of experience or a perfect resume. I was simply given a chance to prove what I could do, and I definitely didn’t expect that chance to lead me this far, and I didn’t expect my role to evolve the way it has. Over time, I was given new challenges, more responsibility, and most importantly, the trust and freedom to figure things out along the way. Some of those things were completely outside what I was originally hired to do. Today, I’m not just working as an Influencer Marketing Manager. I’ve had the opportunity to get exposure to finance, legal, sales, operations, automation, AI, and improving the way we work as a team. And honestly, a lot of that came from being given the chance to try. There were definitely moments when I stepped into something I wasn’t completely sure I was ready for. But instead of being told, “You don’t have enough experience for this,” I was given the opportunity to learn, make mistakes, figure things out, and come back better. That freedom has probably been one of the biggest reasons I’ve grown so much at AWISEE. Looking back, I’m grateful that I wasn’t limited to the role I was hired for. I was given the space to become more than that. Thank you, Gustavo, for trusting me, challenging me, and giving me the freedom to keep learning. Still a lot to learn. But definitely not the same person who joined 1.5 years ago.

Saying goodbye is always harder than saying hello 👋 Over 8 years the people AWISEE I’ve hired have become far more than colleagues - they’ve become family. My core purpose has always been investing in raw talent - finding driven people and helping them grow personally and professionally. I challenge them, support them, and give them room to fail before they succeed. Yesterday was Muhammad Qasim Abbas last day after joining us last October. My immediate reaction wasn't about business, but All good? What’s next? Any good business ideas? Give me a call sometime.
