Lantis Co., Ltd. was a Japanese company that served as a music publisher label for Japanese musicians, anime soundtracks and video game soundtracks. It was established on November 26, 1999, and became a subsidiary of Bandai Visual in May 2006, itself a subsidiary of Bandai Namco Holdings. In February 2018, it was announced Lantis would be merged with Bandai Visual into a new company called Bandai Namco Arts. The reorganizing took effect on April 1, 2018. It would later be reorganized into Bandai Namco Music Live on April 1, 2022, as part of Bandai Namco's rebranding. Lantis was succeeded as the name of the label for music-related products, along with its symbolic logo.

Logo (2006?-2018)

Visuals: On a red background, a white light emerges from the center, bringing up a red sphere. The light engulfs the entirety of the background, turning it to white. Meanwhile, the sphere zooms away revealing "Lantis", with a red dot on the tip of the "i". The sphere turns into a flat opal shape as a white "L" of the same format as "Lantis", draws in. Shortly after, the finishing elements zoom and fade away individually, emerging light gray arcs.

Variant: The logo is still on early DVD releases. Furthermore, a short version exists.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A pulsating 3-note chime emerging into a held synth pad note. None for the still version.

Audio Variant: In the short version, the chime is only heard. Sometimes, voice(s) of Japanese artist(s) that are signed by Lantis says the company's name.

Availability: Appeared on some DVDs and Blu-rays, debuting on the volume 1 of Gift: Eternal Rainbow. It also appeared in the movie The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya.
