Cannes Home Video was a Brazilian home video distributor that released foreign movies and TV shows. It was founded in 1988.

1st Logo (1994-1998)

Visuals: On a space background, an orange laser cuts an oval shape out of what looks like glass. The oval shines, while the drawing of a house wipes into view. Then, in the same manner, "CANNES", in a Times New Roman-esque font appears below the drawing. Then, a metal oval, with "HOME VIDEO" below, settles into the logo, which shines briefly before turning 2D. The space BG also fades out.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: An ascending synth tune.

Availability: Seen on early tapes from this company, such as The Mask: The Animated Series.

2nd Logo (1998-early 2000s)

Visuals: Against a blue, cloudy sky, a laminated film strip appears from the left; joined by floating 3D translucent letters spelling 'CANNES'.. The letters center in the middle of the screen and face the camera, while the film strip changes color to black and position itself at the bottom, in a wavy shape. The image is then framed before a white background, and the word 'FILMES' shoots up under 'CANNES', positioning at the bottom right.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A pulsing bass-beat with an ascending synth line, finishing with a synthesized woodwind instrument and syntesized strings.

Availability: Seen on later Cannes releases such as The Delivery and Police Story.
