We鈥檝e been building a lot more agents lately, and I鈥檝e landed on a pretty straightforward process for getting from idea to working agent without overbuilding the infrastructure.
If I were building an internal agent today, I鈥檇 do it like this:
1. Start in a managed environment.
Our @linear has become a wasteland of impossible to read cards now that Claude is basically doing it all, and it's made linear unusable for our humans.
