English-language pediatric and autism therapy practices in Canada outside Quebec: ABA, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy and physiotherapy.
About TherapyCRM
TherapyCRM connects session records, scheduling and billing for pediatric therapy practices. Staff can collect trial-by-trial data for prepared ABA sessions during interrupted connectivity, then sync when the connection returns. Treatment plans, SOAP-style progress notes and review workflows keep documentation attached to the practice record, and completed sessions with approved notes can be used for invoices. The web application includes branch and clinician calendar views, funding-balance tracking, role-based permissions, multi-factor authentication and audit trails. Companion Family and Kiosk apps support invited families and front-desk check-in. Made by Data Inn Inc., TherapyCRM serves ABA, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy and physiotherapy practices in Canada outside Quebec, in English. It does not submit insurance or OAP claims or offer telehealth.

"Reliable all-in-one for our ABA practice" Posted 2026-10-18
Pros: Our team has used TherapyCRM for about 7 months on desktops and tablets, for client intake, scheduling, documentation, attendance and reports. We're an ABA practice of two, and it matters that it works the same on any device and browser. It does. Saves have been reliable, and we haven't lost a single session note. Intake forms collect what we need up front, which means fewer phone calls chasing missing details. Attendance tracking and reports have made our scheduling and billing reporting much quicker than our old spreadsheets. The system checks entries in the right places, so mistakes get caught early. It's clear the people who built it understand how therapy practices actually run, from consent handling to separate access for families.
Cons: A few advanced settings took some exploring, but that's minor. I'd recommend it to any practice outgrowing spreadsheets or juggling several tools.
Overall: After seven months our administration time has nearly vanished, notes are all in one place and marked the same day, and we've scheduled dozens of sessions without a single lost record. We track scheduling times, leads, availability and billing in one system, and we no longer spend hours managing bookings and availability.

"Very solid practice-management system" Edited 2026-10-23
Pros: Seven months in, TherapyCRM has been a very solid practice-management system for our ABA practice of two. We use it for scheduling, session notes, intake and reports, and it replaced our spreadsheets. Access is properly separated between staff, families and clients, so everyone sees only what they should, which matters for privacy in therapy work. The input checks catch mistakes in the right places without getting in the way. Pages load quickly, and the screen never freezes while it's saving or loading, even on our busiest days. We've scheduled dozens of sessions through it without a single lost record. Our front desk spends less time fixing errors, and we spend less time on paperwork.
Cons: If I had to pick one improvement, it would be making the deeper admin settings easier to find. Overall, it's well built and reliable.
Overall: We haven't run into anything that stopped our work. Administration time has nearly vanished, notes are all in one place and marked the same day, and we track scheduling times, leads, availability and billing without spreadsheets.
