A double end bag hangs between the ceiling and the floor and snaps back at you after every punch, so it trains timing, accuracy, head movement and reflexes. We make two, both made in USA.
Our double end bags
- Leather double end bag: genuine full grain cowhide with triple-stitched, leather-welted seams, a butyl rubber bladder that holds its air and leather straps built for gym use, in seven colors. A made-in-USA replacement bladder is sold separately.
- Small double end bag: 20 in tall and 10 in wide, about 20 lb filled; canvas-backed synthetic leather with a tear-resistant rip-stop shell, filled with shredded cotton textiles (take some out to soften it), and chrome-plated D-rings top and bottom. Black with red, blue or yellow bands, and made for small spaces.
Hanging one
The small bag hangs floor to ceiling on bungee cords from its top and bottom D-rings, with no chain. Our 8-station stand takes double end bags as well as heavy bags, for gyms that want several stations on one frame.
