• Nylon hanging strap: heavy-duty nylon webbing with reinforced stitching, rated for heavy bags up to 500 lb. Vinyl bags hang on the strap, never a chain.
• Carabiner: a zinc-plated steel spring snap hook, 3/8 in, stamped WLL 270 LBS on the spine, with a spring gate that snaps shut on its own. It clips the strap to a mount or stand.
• Ceiling mount: industrial steel with twin bearings so the bag swivels without twisting the straps, two lag bolts for wood ceiling joists, holding bags up to 250 lb. Made in USA.
• Wall mount: a 38 in arm for room all the way around the bag, for wood stud or filled masonry walls, holding bags up to 500 lb with proper installation. Made in USA.
