A winter staff is an icy artifact that summons a blizzard toward enemies.

Usage

When activated, the winter staff releases blasts of cold air in front of it, dealing damage to nearby mobs, applying the freezing status, and knocking them back. The winter staff drains the soul meter of its usage cost for each second of usage.
