A powershaker is an artifact that imbues the user with a status causing their attacks to release explosions on mobs. Note: there is a bug with this one where canceling the shaking animation will make it flash red as it it were still on cooldown. You can resolve this by re-equipping it.

Usage

Upon being used, the hero gains a positive effect that enhances their attacks for twelve seconds. During this duration, damaging attacks cause mobs to release a colorful explosion from their bodies, dealing additional area of effect damage.
