A parrot is a cosmetic pet mob that can be obtained by purchasing the Jungle Awakens DLC.

Behavior

As a cosmetic pet, they:

• Follow the player
• Teleport to the player when they are too far away
• Do not attack mobs
• Are not targeted by mobs
• Can activate pressure plates, such as those in the Desert Temple
• Can fall off the map, which functionally kills it and gives it a chance to drop consumables or gear like other mobs, but it respawns immediately after
