Animal

A baby pig is a cosmetic pet mob that is unlocked by default for all players. It was added as a "thank you to our 10 million players" from Mojang Studios.

Behavior

[edit | edit source]

As a cosmetic pet, they:

  • Follow the player
  • Teleport to the player when they are too far away
  • Do not attack mobs
  • Are not targeted by mobs
  • Can activate pressure plates, such as those in the Desert Temple
  • Can fall off the map, which functionally kills it and gives it a chance to drop consumables or gear like other mobs, but it respawns immediately after
