1.21.124 is a hotfix for Bedrock Edition released on November 21, 2025, which fixes some bugs reported in previous releases.[1] Unlike most other hotfixes, this version is not multiplayer-compatible with version 1.21.123 and below, and vice versa, due to an update to the protocol version.

[edit | edit source]- MCPE-43960 – Bucket doesn’t collect water/lava just after it spreads
- MCPE-120907 – Minecart with TNT disappears when shot with Flame enchantment.
- MCPE-159055 – Player vertical knockback is still desynced
- MCPE-165450 – Locked maps lost their texture
- MCPE-178600 – Cutting text (Control-X) doesn’t work
- MCPE-188580 – Skin packs with an invalid skins.json file prevent custom skins from being imported
- MCPE-230711 – Unable to connect to Realms or Multiplayer worlds - Error code Boat
- MCPE-230785 – CJK Input Methods aren't blocked at Game Launch triggering wrong input and allowing to block Player movement
- MCPE-230832 – Mouse cursor moves in the background during gameplay, disrupting gameplay
Other
- Fixed various crashes.
- Fixed texture memory leak that occurred while users were on a server with multiple users joining and disconnecting.
