For athletes

Your whole athletic life, in one app

Training, competing, fueling, getting paid - and getting discovered by scouts - connected, not five apps stitched together.

Knowledge base

Build a technique library with a proficiency ladder, notes, and video - or import from the curated and community feeds.

Training & conditioning

Log sessions, workouts, and GPS runs, ticking off sets and rounds as you go. Save a session template or a combo you drill every week, and use the built-in round, interval, EMOM, and rest timer. Or snap a whiteboard photo and let AI fill in the whole thing.

Body, fuel & recovery

Weight, nutrition, sleep, and hydration together, opening on a daily readiness score built from your sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, and training load. Barcode and photo macro scans, body composition from a smart scale, and your watch synced in automatically.

Competition & camps

Track your record, scout opponents, share film for feedback pinned to the second, and run a camp that periodizes itself. Set a target weight for a date and the app paces both the scale and the plate.

Insights & AI logging

Progress trends, shareable recap cards, smart reminders, and a one-line AI Quick Log by text or voice. Describe your week or a goal in one sentence and the app drafts it for you to review, name a new technique and Write the details for me writes it up, and Explain my week turns your recap into a plain-language weekly briefing written only from the numbers already on the card.

Get paid & grow

Coach on the side or go pro: take paid bookings, sell programs and gear, and grow a fanbase you own.

Already wear a tracker? If it syncs to Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android, iVenza imports your workouts, sleep, heart rate, and recovery automatically.

Coach + athlete

Coach and athlete, on one connected loop

The athlete logs, the coach sees, the coach acts, the athlete performs - a loop a stack of separate apps can't close.

What you log reaches your coach

Sessions, strength, runs, weight, nutrition, and recovery flow to your coach's roster on your terms, with per-category sharing you control.

Data that drives performance

Your coach acts on the full picture - adjust load, catch a risky weight cut early, assign work, or time a promotion - from a daily action list.

Coaches scale and run the gym

The tools that deepen coaching are the same ones that run the business: billing, CRM, classes, scheduling, and payments, in one motion.

For coaches, teams & gyms

Run your whole gym, club, or team from your phone

Roster to revenue in one app - training, scheduling, memberships, billing, CRM, and waivers - for a fraction of what gym software costs.

Roster & analytics

See who's training, who's slipping, and who needs attention, with tags to filter the roster and target broadcasts.

Memberships & billing

Charge dues automatically through Stripe or record cash, with receipts, automatic failed-payment recovery, and shareable payment links. One family plan bills a whole household once, class packs and drop-in day passes cover everyone else, and Tap to Pay or a card reader takes payment at the desk.

Classes & check-in

A weekly timetable with reservations, waitlists, and attendance, plus a front-desk kiosk that checks members in by QR or PIN.

Leads, CRM & marketing

Capture and convert prospects, then grow with automated email and text campaigns - AI writes the copy for you.

Digital waivers

Members e-sign your liability waiver in the app, or upload your own PDF and drop the signature fields onto it. Versioned, timestamped, and audit-ready, with a link that lets someone sign without an account and reminders for holdouts.

Switch to iVenza

A guided importer moves your members, belts, schedule, attendance, payments, and waivers over from Mindbody, Zen Planner, and more.

Plus automations, gym challenges your members compete in, reports, payroll and commissions, a pro shop, ticketing, belt testing, family accounts, multi-location rollups - and even fight promotions, with matchmaking, fight cards, and fight-night compliance. Migrating from another platform? Book a white-glove onboarding call and our team does it with you.

For creators & instructors

A creator platform built for athletes, not just courses

Course platforms host your videos and a group chat. iVenza adds the whole performance stack behind them - so your members get real results, stay subscribed, and become your proof.

A paid community, built in

Membership tiers and one-time content unlocks, with checkout and payouts on Stripe. The monetization you came to Skool for, native to sport.

You coach them, not just sell

Members log training; you assign programs, review film with notes pinned to the second, and track everyone's progress. The part a course platform can't touch.

Own your audience, keep what you earn

Brand Studio, a fan CRM, and a link-in-bio grow a list that's yours - with one low platform fee and payouts straight to your bank.

For promoters & matchmakers

Build the card, book the fighters, clear fight night

A promotion is its own kind of organization on iVenza, not a gym with the word gym crossed out. The app reshapes around matchmaking: fight cards, an opt-in fighter marketplace, and a compliance board that knows what fight night needs.

Cards and offers, not group chats

Build an event, order the bouts, and fill each slot with a bout offer the fighter accepts from their phone. Accepting books the slot and joins them to your promotion.

An opt-in fighter marketplace

Search fighters who published a fight resume - record, weight class, reach, highlight links - and move them through a recruiting pipeline instead of a spreadsheet.

Compliance that chases itself

Bloodwork, eye exams, physicals, photos, W-9s, and e-signed contracts tracked per fighter per event - expiry judged at fight night, with a daily reminder for anything missing.

Every fighter on the card can sell their own ticket allocation, so fans buy from the fighter they came for and the whole board rolls up live. Ticket payouts land in your own Stripe account; purses are recorded for the agreement only and never move through iVenza.

For scouts & recruiters

Find athletes whose numbers are real

Search opt-in profiles by sport, position, class year, and level - with training, competition, and performance stats verified from months of real logged data. Not a self-typed stat sheet.

Search that actually narrows

Filter by sport, position, graduation year, and level to shortlist right-fit athletes in minutes - from football and basketball to wrestling and track.

Verified by iVenza stats

Stat badges are computed from the athlete's real training log, competition results, and performance data. Athletes choose what to show - they can't type the numbers.

A pipeline, not a spreadsheet

Track prospects from first look to committed, send interest, and message athletes who accept - contact is consent-gated end to end.

Athletes opt in section by section, athletes under 18 go live only with a parent or guardian's approval, and a conversation opens only after an athlete accepts your interest. Are you an athlete? Publish your profile free and let the right programs find you.

Schools & universities

Bring iVenza to your student athletes

Athletic departments, schools, colleges, and clubs run every team they field on one platform - and our team onboards your rosters with you.

Every team, one platform

Every sport your school runs in one place: rosters, schedules, attendance, lesson plans, film review, and team broadcasts.

Duty of care, built in

Digital waivers with e-signatures, emergency and medical info coaches can reach offline, guardian accounts, and privacy controls.

Simple institutional licensing

One license covers your coaches and athletes, billed by invoice or PO - no per-athlete cards. We provision rosters and train your staff.

Tell us about your program and we'll tailor licensing, onboarding, and a rollout plan to your season.

How iVenza compares

One app where everyone else has a gap

Gym software runs the back office but ignores training. Athlete apps track one slice. Team apps handle the roster, not the workout or the business. iVenza is built for the athlete and the team or gym at once.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about what iVenza is, what it costs, and who it's for.

What is iVenza?

iVenza is an all-in-one training and team-management app for athletes, coaches, teams, and gyms across every sport. Athletes track techniques and skills, training sessions, strength workouts, runs, weight, nutrition, and competitions in one connected, offline-first app. Coaches, gyms, clubs, and teams get the whole business on the same platform: rosters, memberships, billing, CRM, marketing, waivers, classes, check-ins, and payments.

Is iVenza free?

Yes - you can create a free account and start logging in your browser at my.ivenza.app right away, no install needed. Premium plans unlock advanced tools for athletes and coaches, and gyms and teams pay a fraction of what traditional gym-management software costs.

What sports does iVenza support?

Every sport, from day one. Combat sports like BJJ, wrestling, boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, and judo; ball and team sports like basketball, soccer, football, and baseball; endurance sports like running and swimming; and strength and conditioning. You can also add your own custom disciplines.

Does iVenza work offline?

Yes. iVenza is offline-first: your data lives on your device, so you can log training, weight, nutrition, and more with no signal - in a basement gym, on a flight, anywhere. Everything syncs to the cloud when you're back online.

Does iVenza work with Apple Watch, WHOOP, Garmin, or Oura?

Yes. iVenza imports workouts, steps, energy, resting heart rate, HRV, VO2 max, sleep, and weight from Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android - so any tracker that syncs to either one works out of the box. That includes Apple Watch, WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, Polar, Suunto, COROS, Amazfit, and Withings, plus Fitbit, Google Pixel Watch, and Samsung Galaxy Watch on Android. Turn on the Apple Health or Health Connect sync in your tracker's app, connect iVenza, and your data flows in automatically.

Can iVenza replace my gym or club management software?

Yes. iVenza covers memberships and recurring billing, leads and CRM, marketing campaigns by email and text, digital waivers, class scheduling with reservations and waitlists, front-desk check-in, a pro-shop point of sale, staff payroll and commissions, and owner reports. A guided importer moves your members, belts, schedules, attendance, payments, and signed waivers over from tools like Mindbody, Zen Planner, GymDesk, Kicksite, or PushPress.

Is there an iVenza app for iPhone and Android?

The iVenza web app is live now at my.ivenza.app and works in any browser. The iPhone app is on the App Store and the Android app is on Google Play, both free to download.

Does iVenza do video analysis or film review?

Yes. Upload a clip - or pull in a YouTube video - and break it down on your own, share it with your gym, or invite specific people (a training partner, a coach at another gym, a private trainer) to that one clip. Feedback is pinned to the exact second with threaded replies like a comment feed. Coaches review submissions from a film hub and can send film back for an athlete to study, and clips can be tied to a specific competition or event. You do not need a gym to use it.

Can iVenza run a fight promotion?

Yes. A promotion is its own kind of organization on iVenza: matchmakers search an opt-in fighter marketplace, run a recruiting pipeline, build fight cards, and send bout offers fighters accept from their phone. A fight-night compliance board tracks bloodwork, eye exams, physicals, W-9s, and e-signed fight contracts, every fighter on the card can sell their own ticket allocation, and a daily reminder chases anything missing or expiring.

How does athlete recruiting work on iVenza?

Athletes publish an opt-in recruiting profile: a self-written resume plus stats iVenza verifies from their real logged training, competition, and performance data. Scouts and recruiters search by sport, position, class year, and level, run a prospect pipeline, and send an interest. If the athlete accepts, a direct message thread opens - scouts can never contact an athlete who hasn't said yes.

What does "Verified by iVenza" mean?

Verified stats are computed by iVenza from data the athlete actually logged over time - training volume and consistency, competition results, and performance metrics like resting heart rate and VO2max. Athletes choose which sections to show, but they cannot edit the numbers.

Is recruiting on iVenza safe for younger athletes?

Yes. An athlete under 18 can build a profile, but it only goes live after a parent or guardian reviews exactly what would be visible and approves it - and the guardian can revoke that approval at any time. Health stats are never shown for minors, location is shown only at the region level, contact details are never shared, and messaging opens only after the athlete accepts a scout's interest.

Can iVenza tell me what is actually in my food and supplements?

Yes. Scanning a barcode gives you more than macros: how ultra-processed the product is, how many additives it carries, whether it is high in sugar, salt or saturated fat, and whether it contains seed oils or palm oil - with the reasons behind every score shown and attributed to Open Food Facts, so you can see exactly why something scored what it did. It will also suggest higher-scoring alternatives in the same category, ranked so a swap never costs you protein. For supplements, iVenza screens the name against the FDA's database of products found to contain undeclared drug ingredients, and shows what the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database lists inside - including proprietary blends, which do not disclose what is in them or at what dose. It never tells you a product is safe or certified: for drug-tested sport it links you to the official NSF Certified for Sport and Informed Sport lookups.
