Summary
Adds the standard Vuetify brand header to the README, matching the format used in vuetifyjs/vuetify and vuetifyjs/ecosystem repos:
cdn.vuetifyjs.com/docs/images/one/logos/vuetify-logo-{light,dark}.png)No license shield added (no LICENSE file in repo). No npm badges added (this is not a published npm package).
