Objective

Create a centralized web portal that integrates various tools for Login Learning company employees, focusing on teaching and organizational work tools.

Requirements

1. Create main portal page that links to all available tools
2. Integrate existing tools from the following repositories:
   • TestTeach
   • Web_Bill
   • ContentW2D
   • WebMetaComp
   • (Additional tools may be added in future prompts)

Implementation Guidelines

• Preserve all existing content within the files
• Only modify/add navigation links between web pages
• Ensure proper linking between all tools and pages
• Maintain existing functionality of individual tools
