Motivation
Core dependency upgrades are currently bundled into the all-non-major PR, making their version changes harder to identify in release notes.

@rsbuild/core,@rslib/core,@rslint/core,@rstest/core,prettier, andyuku-parserin individual PRs with automerge enabled, including major versions. Clear the inherited group name and slug and use Renovate's default PR titles. Other packages, including scope plugins and adapters, continue to follow the shared preset.Validated with Renovate's strict repository config validator, Prettier, and
