This PR contains a large-scale translation pass of the Python documentation corpus into Farsi.
The translation was assisted by Qwen3.8-max and GLM 5.3. This PR is still a work in progress and requires additional review and cleanup before it is ready for merging.
Remaining work:
CONTRIBUTING.md, issue templates, and add policies#61 also needs to be merged alongside this, since it was created against the main branch while this work was still in progress. I removed the files they translated from this PR (
library/__main__.po) to avoid conflicts.
