IBM cow is broken #85

The space between the << and the EOC causes a problem with the IBM cow.

replace << EOC
with <<EOC

To reproduce error:

1. open Git Bash (on windows)
2. Install cowsay globally
3. run cowsay -f ibm anyMessageYouWantReally
