release: 0.7.2 - #362

Ships the three fixes merged since 0.7.1 (#356) to the ~562 downloads/day on PyPI.

Fixed

• Flyway runtime migration failures now classify as database_migration_failure (0.71) instead of unknown — thanks to @hkJerryLeung for the fix (fix(ci): classify Flyway runtime migration failures #361, closing Flyway DDL migration failures classify as unknown — the class advertises Flyway but only matches checksum errors #265), PatchRail's first merged external contribution.
• A failed yarn run script is no longer reported as a dependency install (fix(ci): a failed yarn run is not a dependency install (#359) #360).
• A container OOM-killed under test is no longer reported as the runner running out of memory (fix(ci): a container OOM-killed under test is not the runner running out of memory #358).

Version bump

One version in four places: pyproject.toml, patchrail.__version__, README quickstart, uv.lock — test_version_consistency and uv lock --check both green.

Full suite: 919 passed, 70 subtests. ruff check/ruff format --check clean.

The GitHub Release (published separately after merge) triggers Trusted Publishing to PyPI.
