explore: add a thin bridge between WebMCP and MCP Apps Tools #796

May be the visibility can be extended to "hostapp" (meaning the client showing the view) , a way to expose a tool to the host app itself, just because sometime you are using tools that you don't want to let the browser know as an example.
Explore the idea of a piece of code (from ext-apps) that one can drop in a WebMCP View and it exposes the tools as MCP App tools
