StatBro is an AutoHotkey v2 helper for Darkfall: Rise of Agon that watches your Health/Stamina/Mana bars via pixel checks and suggests/casts the right spell when you press a key. You still decide when to stat—StatBro just makes it easier.
It also includes PotBro (potion suggestions) and an optional diagnostic overlay.
- AutoHotkey v2: https://www.autohotkey.com/v2/
- Rise of Agon in Windowed or Borderless Windowed
- Fullscreen breaks overlays and makes pixel detection unreliable.
- Run as Administrator
- The script attempts to self-elevate (expect a UAC prompt).
- Hotkeys often won’t work reliably without admin.
- Put
StatBro.ahkanywhere. - Run it (accept the UAC prompt).
- On first run it will create
StatBroConfig.ininext to the script. - If no config file exists yet, the Config window opens automatically.
StatBro expects Direct GUI Hotbar keybinds and Auto Cast hotbar slots.
In Rise of Agon:
- Open Input Bindings.
- Set direct keybinds for the actions and hotbar slots used by StatBro/PotBro:
- Equip Staff
- Unsheath (not Toggle Unsheath)
- Heal Self
- Mana → Stamina
- Stamina → Health
- Health → Mana
- Health / Stamina / Mana / Panacea pot slots
- Set all involved hotbar slots to Auto Cast.
- In StatBro Config (F7), set the same keybinds to match.
If Direct GUI binds or Auto Cast aren’t set, StatBro/PotBro won’t work correctly.
For best results with PotBro:
- Set your potion hotbar slots to First Available.
- Fill each slot with all potion sizes, ordered by how you want them consumed
- Example: Small → Medium → Large, or whatever you prefer.
This lets the game decide which potion fires, while PotBro only decides which stat needs a potion.
- PotBro does NOT know how many potions you have left.
- It will still suggest a potion even if you are out.
- Because of this, it’s a good idea to:
- Back up Panacea Pots with a preferred alternate (commonly Health pots).
- PotBro is not designed to handle debuff-countering pots.
- Detecting debuffs and their icons reliably would require heavy screen scanning and would make the script unacceptably slow.
You must run Start Stat Calibration once so StatBro learns where your stat bars are.
StatBro works with 4 stat levels:
- Critical
- Low
- Medium
- High
When you calibrate a stat level, you are telling StatBro:
“Anything above this point counts as this level.”
Your click defines the threshold for that level.
Re-run calibration if you:
- change resolution
- move the game to another monitor
- change UI scale/HUD layout
- move/resize the stat bar UI/window
Stat transfer spells generally kick in when a stat is below High.
To avoid StatBro suggesting transfers too aggressively:
- Set your High threshold below the cost of a single transfer
- This helps ensure that after a transfer, the stat returns to High.
- This results in smoother, less spammy suggestions.
- Stat transfers: usually suggested below High
- Self Heal: suggested below Medium
- Exception: Self Heal may trigger earlier if Stamina is low
- Potions are generally suggested below Medium.
- Panacea logic:
- If all three stats are below thresholds, PotBro prefers Panacea.
- There are effectively two tiers:
- If one stat is Critical while the others are only Low, PotBro will suggest the specific potion instead of Panacea.
Open anytime:
- F7 → Config
From here you can:
- Set Direct GUI spell and potion keybinds
- Configure StatBro Key and PotBro Key
- Start Stat Calibration
- Toggle Show diagnostic (saves immediately)
- Hold modifiers (Ctrl / Alt / Shift / Win)
- Press the final key
- Stored in AHK hotkey format (ex:
^!4)
Press Esc to cancel.
- F7 → Config
- F8 → Start/Stop
- Ctrl + Alt + R → Reload
- Ctrl + Alt + Esc → Quit
Configurable:
- StatBro Key (default
e): cast StatBro suggestion - PotBro Key (default
Ctrl+e/^e): drink PotBro suggestion
- Enable Show diagnostic in the config window.
- Displays the interpreted stat levels (Critical / Low / Medium / High).
- Disabling it hides the overlay immediately and saves the setting.
StatBro can load an optional user AddOn script for custom binds or helpers outside StatBro’s scope.
- Included:
AddOns-example.ahk(tracked) - User-created:
AddOns.ahk(ignored by Git)
If AddOns.ahk exists, it loads automatically on startup.
Warning: Avoid conflicts with StatBro’s hotkeys, functions, and globals.
Example:
; AddOns.ahk
#HotIf WinActive("Rise of Agon") && A_Cursor == "Unknown"
F9::Send "{F1}"
^!q::MsgBox "Hello!"
#HotIf
