With only range_max to suggest, the "Could not find enough negatives"
message printed "Consider adjusting the  parameter": the join over
solutions[:-1] dropped the only entry and the "and" suffix needs two.
Post #3873 every small corpus mined with default settings reaches this
message, so name the parameter in the singleton case too.
