Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have the following installed:

• Node.js (v14 or newer)
• npm (comes with Node.js) or uv package manager

Getting Started

Follow these steps to run the project locally:

Installation with npm

1. Clone or download this repository
2. Navigate to the project directory:

   cd portfolio-site
   

3. Install dependencies:

   npm install
   

4. Start the development server:

   npm start
   

5. Open your browser and visit:

   http://localhost:3000
   

Installation with uv (alternative)

If you prefer using uv package manager:

1. Install uv (if not already installed):

   pip install uv
   

2. Navigate to the project directory:

   cd portfolio-site
   

3. Create and activate a virtual environment:

   uv venv
   

4. Install dependencies:

   uv pip install -r requirements.txt
   

5. Start the development server:

   npm start

• Modify colors in tailwind.config.js
• Add or remove sections in App.tsx

Build for Production

To create an optimized production build:

npm run build

The build files will be located in the build directory.
