Status update: I amended the commit author and force-pushed to the PR branch to match the fork owner (love-be). CI: check-changes and size-label passed; several scans skipped. The Google CLA check still fails — signing the CLA at https://cla.developers.google.com/about is required from the contributor. Maintainers: please approve and re-run the blocked workflows for this forked PR. If you want me to amend commits differently or run local validations after CI, say so.
