Glowroot — easy-to-use, very low overhead Java APM.
Pick how you run Glowroot:
- Not sure? → Choosing Embedded vs Central
- Embedded — agent + local H2 in the same JVM → Agent Installation (with Embedded Collector)
- Central — agents send data to a collector (Cassandra) → Agent Installation (for Central Collector) then Central Collector Installation (or Central Collector with Docker)
- Kubernetes → Kubernetes (Central + agent patterns; no official Helm chart yet)

GitHub Releases — prefer latest stable for production (
glowroot-*-dist.zip/glowroot-central-*-dist.zip). - What's new — operator highlights since 0.14.0 (stables + betas); Releases stay the full changelog.
