Endless loop eat all my quota; please restore my Premium requests #1540

Describe the bug

I left a task running before going to sleep and woke up this morning with zero quota because the model (Opus 4.6 but I saw that with Haiku as well) entered an endless loop looking for task_complete tool and failing to find it.

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 0.0.411.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

I don't have the log because I ended up with pages and pages of this and I could scroll back to see the task_complete issue (but I saw that in previous runs that I stopped manually with ESC):
