Manual Refinement: You can directly edit the spec.md and plan.md files in the track's directory (conductor/tracks/<track_id>/). This is common if you notice a missing requirement or want to adjust the implementation steps.
Keep them Synchronized: If you change the spec.md, make sure to update the plan.md to reflect those changes, and vice versa. The Conductor agent uses these files as its source of truth during implementation.
Future Enhancements: We are considering adding a dedicated /conductor:refine or /conductor:editTrack command to make this process even smoother and more interactive.

Pro-tip: Before you run /conductor:implement, take a moment to review both files. Since Conductor follows the plan exactly, a well-defined plan.md is the best way to ensure the implementation meets your expectations.
