Description

Cannot launch FontForge on Windows.

Reproduce

1. Run run_fontforge.exe.
2. An empty “Open File” dialog box appears, displaying no controls.
3. An error dialog saying Could not launch FontForge (exit code - 1073740791) appears.

Expected behavior

It starts up without any issues.

Actual behavior

It fails to launch in both standard and administrator modes.

Spec

FontForge version

606b33d or later.

* 2d95009 has not been verified because there is no Windows binary available.

It starts up normally on versions prior to 1d2976a.
