We used to ensure that tests ran in a directory with a space, because it turns out it's very easy to accidentally write code that breaks when paths contain spaces. We stopped doing this at some point during the migration to Luci.
We should re-enable this.
Once we do this, we can re-enable the relevant test, as is done for #87285.
