[Enhancement] Update NuGet.exe to 2.8+ in Chocolatey install #379
Description
Chocolatey is great but I've had an issue where I wrote a 2GB package and when I ran cinst I got an OutOfMemoryException from NuGet.exe when downloading the package. I ran NuGet.exe update -self on the NuGet.exe that is included with Chocolatey and now everything is working. It was at 2.1 but is now at 2.7 - I'm not sure if this is going to break something else.

I should test this and possible pull it in. Do you know if that requires .net framework 4 or 4.5?

I've had to patch my local chocolatey install to get around this issue, please update the nuget.exe.
