Add native Antigravity SQLite usage support with provider-aware token and cost handling.

The adapter reads generation, step, and retry metadata using the documented protobuf fields, deduplicates overlapping records, preserves provider and model identity, and handles profile/database timestamps safely. It also keeps existing Gemini diagnostics unchanged and adds focused plus real CLI coverage for daily, monthly, and session reports.

Fixes #1488

Supersedes #1669, whose source branch is hosted in the contributor fork.

Co-authored-by: Tanmay Vivek Dani [email protected]

Summary by cubic

Adds Antigravity SQLite conversation usage as a standalone source so ccusage can report daily, monthly, and session usage without mixing it with Gemini CLI data. Previously Antigravity usage was opaque and unsupported; now it is discovered from local .db files and parsed with provider-aware token and cost handling.

New Features

  • Adds ccusage antigravity daily|monthly|session commands and the antigravity namespace.
  • Reads .db files from default roots (~/.gemini/antigravity*, ~/.config/antigravity) or ANTIGRAVITY_DATA_DIR.
  • Decodes generation, step, and retry metadata from the gen_metadata table with deduplication and model/provider resolution.
  • Bounds database loading, deduplicates aliased roots, and surfaces SQLite/protobuf failures instead of returning partial reports.
  • Keeps Gemini CLI discovery and diagnostics unchanged.
  • Adds config schema support and documentation.

Written for commit d335e9a. Summary will update on new commits.

- Discover SQLite conversation databases under ~/.gemini/antigravity/conversations/*.db alongside existing JSON/JSONL logs
- Decode Antigravity binary protobuf metadata from the gen_metadata table in read-only mode
- Parse input, output, cached, and reasoning/thinking tokens with defensive varint decoding
- Add fixture-based unit test covering SQLite database parsing and environment isolation
- Update crate README with SQLite data source and dependencies
Keep Antigravity in its own adapter and discovery boundary so Gemini data is not suppressed or misattributed. Decode real gen_metadata rows with continuation model state, disjoint token buckets, response ID deduplication, and priced model aliases; surface SQLite and protobuf failures instead of returning partial reports.

Co-authored-by: Tanmay Vivek Dani <[email protected]>
Decode the real Antigravity ModelUsageStats buckets and collect usage from generation, step, and retry metadata. Preserve model and source identity across continuation and duplicate rows, keep Gemini and Antigravity discovery independent, and surface SQLite/protobuf failures instead of reporting partial data. Add real-schema fixtures and production report snapshots, restore Gemini diagnostics, and remove the unrelated Gemini pricing feature.

Co-authored-by: Tanmay Vivek Dani <[email protected]>
Use the model ID carried by each token-bearing usage bucket before falling back to conversation context, so step and retry rows keep their own pricing when model_info is absent. Add an SQLite regression covering distinct step and retry models.

The report snapshot depends on embedded pricing values.

load_from_fixture calls PricingMap::load_embedded, so the snapshot stores costs derived from the embedded LiteLLM pricing data. When that pricing data is refreshed, this snapshot fails even though the Antigravity report logic did not change.

Build a small fixed PricingMap for this test, or omit total_cost from the snapshot and assert it separately. The other tests already assert costs against pricing.find(...) values, which stays correct across pricing updates.

Field 28 is not a repeated retry message in the CortexStepMetadata schema; it is the length-delimited requested_model_uid string. Passing that raw string to parse_retry_info can reject normal model-step rows, and the error handling at lines 355-360 then aborts the entire database. Please decode the actual retry representation for the target Antigravity schema and add a fixture from the production steps payload.

Hi @ryoppippi,

Thank you so much for taking this forward into a dedicated adapter and for adding me as co-author on the commits!

(Just a quick note on the PR description: my primary GitHub email is [email protected] in case you'd like to update the [email protected] in the text.)

I'm around and happy to help test the branch against live Antigravity sessions or help with anything else if needed before merge!

Important

The incremental changes improve loading, deduplication, pricing, reporting, and documentation, but the new production-retry test still uses a synthetic SQLite schema and does not validate real Antigravity steps rows. The production step-usage path therefore remains unverified and the existing merge-blocking risk is unresolved.

Reviewed changes

Reviewed the four commits since the prior Pullfrog review, focusing on their behavioral changes and their effect on the Antigravity SQLite path.

  • Switched database loading to sequential processing — Avoided multiplying large database blobs across parallel parser workers and updated the multi-database coverage.
  • Hardened protobuf and pricing handling — Added last-wins scalar decoding, provider-specific pricing candidates, saturating token totals, and focused tests.
  • Deduplicated canonical database aliases — Prevented the same database from being loaded more than once through path aliases.
  • Expanded reports and documentation — Added Monday-based weekly coverage, session metadata assertions, Antigravity root documentation, and focused command examples.

This test is named as production coverage, but it still exercises only the test helper's synthetic steps (idx, metadata) schema: step_metadata_blob manufactures field 28 -> RetryInfo, and create_database creates the metadata column. Real Antigravity databases expose step_payload and step_type, so this test passes even while production step rows cannot be queried; please make the fixture use the production schema and payload before treating the step and retry path as covered.

Technical details
# Validate the production steps schema

## Affected sites
- `rust/adapters/antigravity/src/parser.rs:1167-1170` — the test helper emits retry data as field 28.
- `rust/adapters/antigravity/src/parser.rs:1195` — the test database creates `steps(idx, metadata)`.
- `rust/adapters/antigravity/src/parser.rs:1282` — the test exercises this synthetic shape rather than a production payload.
- `rust/adapters/antigravity/src/loader.rs:386-467` — the integration coverage uses the same helper and schema.

## Required outcome
- Build the fixture with production `steps(idx, step_type, step_payload)` and assert that the loader reads a real payload without treating ordinary step fields as retry metadata.

## Suggested approach
- Align the fixture and query with the production layout documented by independent readers:
  - https://github.com/Piebald-AI/splitrail/blob/main/src/analyzers/antigravity.rs#L536-L537

The merged adapter list contains seventeen independent agent runners after adding ZCode. Keep the test array declaration and length assertion aligned with the registered adapters so the workspace compiles.
The shared terminal formatting now allocates wider model, numeric, and activity columns. Record the output produced by the merged implementation so the ZCode CLI regression test matches current main behavior.

667-667: 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

Add "antigravity" to the root-help agent namespace list.

The agents array at line 667 lists standalone root agent namespaces for the help-text check. After this edit, it covers all built-in agents except antigravity, even though antigravity is a registered root command in cli-commands.json. Add "antigravity" to this array so the test verifies help output for that command too.

94-94: 📐 Maintainability & Code Quality | 🔵 Trivial | ⚡ Quick win

Add the sqlite file path to the ZCode row for consistency.

This row lists only the base directory ${ZCODE_HOME:-~/.zcode}. The Hermes Agent row in the same table includes its specific file (.../state.db), and docs/guide/getting-started.md documents ZCode's full path as ${ZCODE_HOME:-~/.zcode}/cli/db/db.sqlite. Update this row to match.

Upstream through 8841f92: official Antigravity SQLite adapter (ccusage#1677),
ZCode (ccusage#1675) and Grok Build CLI sources, Copilot session-state usage
(ccusage#1676), Codex originator breakdowns and cache-write token accounting
(ccusage#1663, ccusage#1674), date-window file skipping (ccusage#1665), session totals scoped
to the date window (ccusage#1664), OpenCode v2 session usage (ccusage#1668),
timestamp-aware DeepSeek V4 pricing (ccusage#1679), ETag-validated pricing cache
refreshes (ccusage#1672), and numeric-column preservation in narrow tables
(ccusage#1671).

Conflict resolutions per the personal divergence ledger:

- Antigravity: adopt the upstream native adapter wholesale; remove the
personal heuristic adapter and the antigravity-analysis/ provenance
  directory.
- Codex: keep counting copied parent history (replay.rs stays deleted),
keep tier changes applying at the following turn_context, keep the
pre-v0.144.0 fast windows and the 2x fast-multiplier fallback, and keep
the append-aware grouped cache with serde'd parser state. Integrate
upstream cache-write tokens, originator sources, session_meta line
detection, and filter_codex_usage_files date-window skipping. Bump the
group, per-file event, and all-agent row cache discriminators.
- Claude: rewire the cached daily/session summary wrappers onto
  upstream's date-scoped loaders (ccusage#1664).
- OpenCode: keep WAL-signature cache signatures, the summary cache
wrapper, and --no-cost -> Display mapping; take upstream's v2 session
usage loading and split directory loader.
- Pricing: keep the explicit GLM-5.2 rates and 1,000,000-token context
limit (now via put_builtin_entry for both GLM-5.1 and GLM-5.2); take
upstream's DeepSeek V4 scheduled rates and catalog rules.
- Terminal: keep full dates whenever the minimum full-date layout fits
and attached breakdown rows; take upstream's content-aware fallback
minimums and numeric-column floors, adapting the 80-column regression
test to the personal full-date policy.
- Presentation: keep the hidden-by-default Models column and the
  all-agent --with-models opt-in; regenerate zcode/copilot session
snapshots under the wider first-column floor.
- Ledger: audit baseline updated to 8841f92; heuristic Antigravity and
replay suppression recorded as retired divergences.
