R1 R2 error correction #641

Thanks again for developing bactopia!
If I understood right, Flash is used to merge R1 and R2 (a.k.a. FLASH error correction).
Is it necessary knowing that unicycler can take paired ends read as an input? There might be more accurate alternative see, this old google group discussion.
