A docked diff pane now reads the repository before it opens, as the built-in panel primes its data before it appears: on the first edit and on
/diffalike the pane lands filled (rows, "No changes", or "Diff unavailable"), never on "Loading diff…"; an edit that landed while it read refreshes it once open. The inline dialog is unchanged. Test beside the mod.
