Bug Description
Weekly limit drains ~3.6x faster since the Sep 25 6pm reset. Local transcripts, deduplicated per response: the previous week took 9,352 responses to reach 100% (limit hit Sep 23 2:31pm). This week 715 responses already show 24%. That is about 93 responses per 1% before and about 30 now. Same workflow: average context 273k vs 252k, same model mix, stable ~70k startup context. Usage credits were added to the account on Sep 23, right before the change. Is this a known bug or an intended change? Will it be fixed or compensated? I also opened a support ticket.
