Clicking a failed tool card flipped the arrow but often showed nothing. The card only expanded the text after the first ": " in the error, so errors like Invalid browser URL. … or Web search request failed (HTTP 502) had no body. The cut-off tool input could not be read at all.

  • An open card now shows the full error as normal wrapped text, whatever its shape.
  • If the header cut off the subtitle (for example, multi-line Execute code, a long Shell command, or a long search query), the full subtitle moves into the body. Short subtitles, such as file names, stay in the header.
  • Edit, Write, and Skill error cards now use their proper titles, not raw tool IDs.
  • Adds the Terminal / Execute failed story with the calls from the bug report, plus a component test.
