Hide the detached background service, persistent PTY daemon, Windows app lookup, and signing helper subprocesses. The shared process spawner and WSL helpers already hide their Windows consoles. Leave interactive editors, CLI launches, and explicitly opened applications visible.

Verification: existing client service and persistent-PTY tests pass; client, core, and desktop typechecks pass. No tests added. Native Windows validation was unavailable because the Windows dev box did not respond. The full
bun run checkcould not run: Host Node 18 cannot load the lint plugin’s TypeScript file.Requested by: @Hona (Hona via Slack)
