Points the shared Docs navigation at
/v2/docs, the GitHub navigation at thev2branch, and updates the homepage and download page CLI commands to the V2 packages. Addsyayalongsideparu, removes the desktop tabs announcement, and removes the large download hero.The V1 docs content remains unchanged.
