[FEATURE]: improve e2e testing suite with tui-test #53982

Thanks for the offer, @cpendery. As I understand it, you'd like to contribute an end-to-end test suite built on microsoft/tui-test that runs the real
opencodeTUI in a pty. That would cover things the current tests can't.For context: on the
v2branch, the TUI tests inpackages/tui/testrender components in-process with snapshots and fixtures. The existing Playwright e2e suite inpackages/app/e2ecovers the web/desktop app. So nothing currently drives the actual binary in a real terminal.I didn't find an earlier request for this. Maintainers will consider it. It's probably best to wait for their go-ahead on the approach before opening a large PR.

It seems like opencode is missing a e2e testing suite that uses a live pty. I'm the maintainer of microsoft/tui-test and would be happy to contribute support for adding a more robust test suite (github copilot cli & cline are both adopters/adopting)
