Option to Enable / Disable MCP Servers (via TUI) #514

Description

@timoclsn

It would be nice to have an option to enable and disable MCP servers at runtime via the TUI (dialog with configured servers and option to toggle state).

Use cases:

  • Not bloating the context with unnecessary MCP servers
  • Avoiding startup errors with configured MCP servers that are not always running (e.g. the Figma MCP server is only running when the Figma app is running).

Additionally, being able to turn on/off individual tools would be useful.
May need to put some thought into MCP tools that expose new tools mid-process.
