Description
Starting the TUI with opencode --agent <name> rejects a hidden primary agent with Agent not found. The same agent remains valid for explicit use through opencode run --agent <name>.
The TUI uses its visible-only agent list for both the picker and explicit startup validation. Hidden primary agents should stay out of the picker and Tab cycle while remaining selectable when named with --agent. Subagents should remain invalid as primary agents.
Related to #44751, which documents the intended hidden-agent behavior.

Steps to reproduce
- Configure an agent with
mode: primary and hidden: true.
- Start the TUI with
opencode --agent <name>.
- Observe the
Agent not found warning and fallback agent.
Expected behavior is for the explicit hidden primary agent to be selected without adding it to the picker or Tab cycle.
Operating System
macOS
