Description
On narrow viewports, the V2 prompt composer keeps agent, model, and model-variant controls in one row. When their combined width exceeds the available space, those controls render over the submit button. Tapping the apparent send area can open a selector and the user is unable to send the message by tapping the send button.

Steps to reproduce
- Start the web UI with
opencode web.
- Open a session at a 320 CSS-pixel-wide viewport or on a phone.
- Choose a model with a long name and a reasoning/model variant.
- Type a prompt so that the send button is enabled.
- Observe the controls at the bottom of the composer, it's impossible to click/tap the Send button, the dropdown opens instead.
