Overcharged on Go plan — weekly limit exhausted at ~$7.50 despite $30 limit #41146

Description

I'm on the OpenCode Go plan ($10/month). According to my Usage dashboard, I only spent about $7.50 using the qwen3.8-max model this week — not even close to $8, let alone the advertised $30 weekly limit. Despite this, my weekly quota shows 100% used and I've been completely blocked from using Go models for 3 days now (reset timer shows ~2 days remaining).

I'm attaching screenshots of my Usage page showing:

Daily cost breakdown: qwen3.8-max = $7.52 (Aug 7)
Weekly Usage: 100%, resets in 2 days 3 hours
Monthly Usage: only 50%

Since I'm locked out of my subscription for 3 days over what should be roughly 25% of my weekly budget, I'd appreciate:

Clarification on how the $7.50 usage translated to 100% of a $30 weekly limit
A manual reset/credit of my weekly quota given the discrepancy

Thanks.
