Description
When using the permission prompt and selecting Allow always, the permission is only valid for the current session. When opencode is restarted, the permission is lost and the user is prompted again.
Expected behavior
Allow always should save the permission to the config file so it persists across sessions, or there should be a UI option to enable this.
Current behavior
Allow always only lasts until opencode is restarted.
Workaround
Manually adding permissions to opencode.json works, but requires knowing the exact patterns in advance and editing config files.
Additional context
The UI currently shows 'Allow always (until restart)' but users would benefit from an option to make it persist permanently.
