File reference (@) fails to index files/folders created via Junction or SymbolicLink on Windows #18182

Description

@Vwings

Description

The File Reference (@) feature cannot find or suggest files or folders created via Junction or SymbolicLink on Windows.

OpenCode has full read and write access to these linked items, but the @ trigger fails to discover or suggest them in the suggestion list. This issue occurs with items created using New-Item -ItemType Junction or SymbolicLink in PowerShell.

Steps to reproduce

  1. In PowerShell, create a link to an external folder:
    New-Item -ItemType Junction -Path .\docs -Target C:\ExternalDocs
  2. Open the workspace in OpenCode.
  3. Try to reference a file inside .\docs using the @ trigger.
  4. Result: No files from the linked directory appear in the suggestions, even though OpenCode has read/write capability for these files.
