Refresh splash and About for the Liquid Glass icon

- Splash: render the new eye (Eye.svg) as a blend-mode glass mark that
  brightens up top and dissolves toward the bottom, replacing the stale
  AppSplash PNG (the old rounded eye)
- About: vertically centre the version block (was bottom-anchored)
- icon.json: Icon Composer wrote explicit hidden:false on both layers

Bump version to 1.8.0-beta4 (build 89)

Update About window icon to new Liquid Glass design

Regenerate AboutIcon (64/128px) from the new app icon so the About
window matches the Liquid Glass icon (larger eye, new gradient).
