Releases Socket Python CLI 2.9.1 by bumping the default reachability engine from
@coana-tech/cli15.10.41 to 15.10.42.The pinned version in
DEFAULT_COANA_CLI_VERSIONand the documented--reach-versiondefault are updated accordingly;pyproject.toml,socketsecurity/__init__.py, anduv.lockreflect the new package version. CHANGELOG documents the engine bump and points to the reachability analysis changelog for engine-specific changes.Behavior is unchanged unless you use
